• Attendees will only be allowed on campus with a negative PCR COVID test dated of the week of the conference. Following instructions from our health advisers, the rapid tests and proof of vaccines are not permitted.

• We are only welcoming attendees from São Paulo and have limited the number of external pupils to 10 per school.
• We have devised “committee bubbles”:
  • Delegates will only have direct contact with committee members to reduce contact and facilitate track and tracing.
  • Opening and Closing ceremonies will be online and broadcasted on the committee rooms.
  • Coffee break times will be staggered. 

• All in person events will take place inside classrooms (track and trace bubbles) - i.e. No agglomeration on Opening and Closing ceremonies. 

• Attendees to keep their masks on at all times and keep social distancing protocols during the conference. 
  
  
  
• People with COVID symptoms must not enter the premises 
  
  
  
• Compulsory and correct use of the face mask 
  
  
  
• Temperature check before entering the premises (not allowed in if body temperature is equal or higher than 37.5ºC) 
  
  
  
• Frequent hand sanitising 
  
  
  
• Proper ventilation of the areas used. 
  
  
  
• On the day of the conference attendees must self-assess and not attend the conference should they present any COVID-related symptom. 
  
  
  
• Should any attendee test positively, all committee members should be contacted by school doctors (track and trace bubbles).
