Amidst the discussions over Operation Condor, the US faces accusations of “financing the killing” in dictatorships in South America despite their consistent denials. And as tensions grow thicker, insinuations of a World War have been made by various delegates in the United Nations. 
The United States finds itself in controversy after its involvement in Operation Condor. The American initiative, born out of the necessity to contain the threats of communist regimes around the globe, is being officially discussed in the Security Council of the UN, bringing underlying tensions and resentment between nations to light, and making public insinuations of a possible nuclear war. As tensions rise, the shadow of the Cold War looms large. 

Operation Condor is a coordinated effort between dictatorships in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay and Brazil to eliminate left-wing opponents in the continent. It has been speculated that the US has provided some sort of assistance to these regimes, but the nation denies any involvement. The Operation is attributed to the policy of containing communism in Latin America, after the adoption of Marxist governments in the Soviet Union (1917), North Korea (1948), and Cuba (1959). The need to contain the spread of the communist ideology was born after the major publicity of the tragedies in its governments, being plagued by famine, death and subpar living conditions for its people. It could be said that the people in the USSR exist in a state of terror and repression. Political censorship is enforced to this day in art, science and literature, as well as undemocratic elections. The despair present in these Marxist regimes sparked fear of its dissemination in South America, giving rise to Operation Condor.

In the Security Council, outrageous claims are being made towards the US by the communist nations. One delegation claims that the United States is “financing the killing” in Latin America, and the USSR covertly threatens nuclear action if the nation does not comply. Various nudges to a war being declared have been made in the United Nations, bringing real concerns for global safety and security. 
If a nuclear war were to take place, detrimental consequences would take place. Even a single atomic bomb being dropped over a city could kill thousands, even millions of people. Take, for example, the bombing of Hiroshima, which occurred at the end of 1945 and killed approximately 140,000 people. With how far technology has been developed, the results of a modern nuclear attack would be horrendous. The USSR hasn’t been shy in hiding its nuclear expansion, and the thoughts of what they intend to do with such an arsenal are frightening. 
The hope for international cooperation dies with the openly hostile debate within nations: will the delegates in the UN be enough to convince the international community to prioritize democratic rights and human lives? Or will we be witnessing the start of the most deadly war yet?

For decades the nation of Wakanda has used its Vibranium, a precious metal found only in Wakanda to further revolutionise their country while the rest of the world falls behind. Now, with a power vacuum due to the unexpected death of the black panther, Wakanda’s protector, the rest of the world is attempting to negotiate Vibranium for themselves. The question is, will this debate unify the world or set it aflame?
The remote haven of Wakanda contains a valuable resource coveted by nations around the world: Vibranium. This legendary metal with amazing properties is the basis of Wakanda's advanced civilisation. However, ethical questions remain. With its incredible technological capabilities, will Wakanda share this precious resource with the outside world?
 
At the heart of this dilemma is a conflict between altruism and self-preservation. The leaders of Wakanda, represented by the mysterious Panther, must navigate the delicate balance of their responsibility to uplift humanity and protect their country. The attractiveness of Vibranium fission is undeniable, as it promises an industrial revolution, the advancement of science and the resolution of global conflicts. But beneath this facade of benevolence, there is an illusion of exploitation and confusion.
 
Proponents of the propagation of Vibranium believe that the world must come together for progress. They envision a future where the walls of inequality are torn down, and all nations can benefit from the transformative power of Wakanda's gift. But history warns against this idealism: the exploitation of natural resources often leads to colonisation, environmental degradation, and economic inequality. Can Wakanda trust the world to use Vibranium responsibly, or will it succumb to greed and imperialism?
 
Furthermore, the core of Wakanda's identity is tied to Vibranium, and sharing it risks weakening its culture, undermining its sovereignty, and causing undesirable consequences. The weight of this decision falls on Wakanda's shoulders. Abandoning moral obligations and opening borders invites danger.
 
Assessing this problem also requires consideration of global power relations. The introduction of Vibranium into the geopolitical arena has the potential to upset the delicate balance and create unprecedented levels of tension and conflict. Countries that desire Wakanda's riches may use coercion or all-out war to gain control and throw the world into chaos.
 
It turns out that the issue of Vibranium sharing is more than simple pragmatism. The advancement of wisdom requires wisdom, foresight, and steadfastness of justice.
 
On history's anniversary, the story of Wakanda's Vibranium is written not only as a wondrous technological legend but also as a testament to the ongoing struggle between selfishness and altruism. What the consequence of this decision will be, time will tell whether it will usher in a new era of enlightenment or plunge the world into darkness. Until then, Wakanda watches, its future hanging in the balance.

Countries like France and the US are arguing with the leaders Shuri and Namor from Wakanda and Talokan about the possibility of the global availability of vibranium and the benefits that they would allow developing countries to remodel their education system.
    Recently, a 19-year-old American girl discovered a blueprint to build vibranium detectors, and the US is claiming that the Vibranium from Wakanda and Talokan should be distributed to the US and to developing countries that can use the new technology to improve the education system and other areas. However, the ruler Shuri believes that if vibranium is caught in the wrong hands, it can cause severe damage to the world, as it can be used to create powerful weapons.

The USA is currently defending the discovery of Riri Williams, and that is mainly because the US is a “supreme country” and has the most intelligent people, it is claiming and demanding that Wakanda and Talokan distribute some of their vibranium reservations. Furthermore, Shuri has stated that as the vibranium belongs to Wakanda, she will be the one to decide where it will be taken and who is going to be able to receive it. Another problem that has been pointed out by the royal is that because of Riri Williams’ invention, the US can now use the blueprint to create as many vibranium detectors as they wish and with those resources, they would be able to get great amounts of vibranium, which could be used to create weapons and as the US is a really powerful country and has some conflicts with other states, this could be a threat to humanity. 

Finally, Wakanda and Talokan are working very closely to ensure the safety of vibranium and that it doesn’t fall into the hands of countries or people that could use it for negative outcomes. The US continues to advocate for Riri William’s discovery, and as they are so interested in the resource, we could conclude that there is something they’re planning to do or create with the rare resource.

The United Kingdom, together with France, the USA, India, and Israel, are crafting a way of dismantling the current Syrian government and partnering with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) for new candidates and a new ruling system. 
This Saturday, 24th of February, the UK, together with the countries of France, the United States, India and Israel, has proposed the idea of dismantling the current government of Syria and partnering with the SDF for new presidential candidates, claiming that that is the only way to change the country’s current situation. However, the Syrian state, together with the Russian Federation, has stated that the government itself won’t be remodeled; nevertheless, they plan on implementing new regulations against the terrorist events that have often been taking place in the country.

During Russia’s speech, the country stated that the real issue in Syria is the terrorist attacks and is, together with Syria, denying the possibility of disarmament of the military. Their claims on how the conflict should be resolved is by sentencing terrorists and people related to the attacks to confinement, and community service. Furthermore, the UK has claimed that “If the Syrian government doesn’t agree to a ceasefire and leave power position, the UK and the US will be implementing military force to ensure that the current Syrian government is dismantled so that our new ideals will be implemented. Additionally, the UK has mentioned multiple times that it will be providing humanitarian aid for the citizens and the reconstruction of the country and that they have no interest in taking a piece of the country for its own benefit, as its actions are “honest and purely for the benefit of Syria”. Moreover, the UK is also willing to end terrorism; however, they believe that the real core of the problem is the government itself. Russia has also made a point stating that the country has already tried multiple ceasefires in the past; however, none of them has worked, and said that “if it didn’t work then, it wouldn’t work now. We need other solutions”. 

To conclude, the UK and the US are planning on implementing military attacks on Syria to prevent the government from continuing to harm the population. Whilst Syria will deny those attempts, and as they are now allied with Russia, they can seek more protection.

The UK representative utterly built up the scheme of cutting relationships and alliances with countries who disagree on providing aid to Syrian citizens, and countries like Russia and Spain raised an inquiry. Would this decision not only increase the tension between the countries but also advocate a new possible war?
Discussions about the current Syrian Civil War have raised up intriguing opinions coming from different nations,  Yet the UK representative has demonstrated a real contentions argument that has built up opposed commentaries and a really extended discussion.  A resolution was made stating that “All countries that oppose bringing forth different types of aids to Syria would have their connections cut”, According to the other delegations, this was a “crazy” idea, due to the complexities of actually making this work, and ceasing the tensions between other nations. This issue has been further discussed with clear resolutions and amendments on the United Nations  Security Council committee. Further, the country amazingly keeps forward with these decisions, and provides a clear desire to peacefully cease the civil war.

As mentioned previously, the UK Representative maintain a faithful decision of supporting Syria at all costs,  even if it includes cutting all of the Relationships and commercial connections with other countries, this discussion intrigued many journalists to gather themselves to the discussion, according to the United Kingdom representative “the feel of threatened at all costs is the prove that my decision was the right one” Concluding the marvelous values and impositions of this nation, and perhaps building up a new alliance, Will UK ally with the Syrian government?  That will be a previously debated topic and decision through nations, that intrigues the public and raises some questions, Will countries change their minds? Russia started the conference supporting China. The U.S. sent military ships to the South China Sea, and this was enough. China doesn't agree with any other delegations' positions. 
Today the delegations are debating about rights in the Security Council. China doesn't want to get away from ‘your territory”. The U.S. responded with disagreement. 
Above the dispute, the South China Sea Dispute is a crucial maritime territory, and the nations are disputing. 
At this juncture, Russia aligns with China, while other delegations express similar sentiments. However, Vietnam and the U.S. are advocating the use of Maritime Official Territory and Exclusive Economic Zones to counter China's claims, citing provisions outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). This divergence in perspectives underscores the complex dynamics at play in the ongoing discussions surrounding the South China Sea dispute.

The delegations have been divided into two distinct blocks: the U.S., Vietnam, and the Philippines on one side, and Russia, China, Laos, and Turkey on the other. The first block successfully formulated and presented a resolution addressing the issue at hand. However, Malaysia proposed an amendment, which gained approval. Despite this, both France and the U.S. are contemplating exercising their veto power to block the amendment. This development highlights the intricate negotiations taking place within the conference, with differing interests and strategies coming into play. 
Above that, Xinhua News interviewed the Vietnam delegation, and according to its spokesperson Bruno: “the delegation believes that the actions taken by China are completely against the UNCLOS conventions, which is the organ that protects the rights of the sea of all nations”. 
In conclusion, the tensions on the Security Council Committee are getting bigger, but with no results until now. China's assertiveness in claiming sovereignty over most of the South China Sea has led to tensions with neighbouring countries and raised concerns among the international community about freedom of navigation and regional stability.

Publicization of Vibranium sparks debate: Economic promise or security threat? Vibranium is a promising resource, bringing opulence, development and success to whoever possesses it - but what makes Wakanda its rightful, singular owner? Will the US be forced to interfere if the nation’s military reserves become too threatening? Unravel the complexities such a rich metal brings with it and the possible actions the international community may take in response. 
In recent years, the publicization of a large yield of vibranium safeguarded by the nation of Wakanda has raised valid concerns in the international community. Vibranium is an extremely coveted metal of unparalleled significance which has brought technological prosperity to Wakanda, but their unwillingness to contribute to international advancement and harmony has become an issue, being called upon in the United Nations. I thoroughly believe that the US is valid in defending the internationalization of vibranium. The US’s resolve to end the monopoly of this metal shows the country’s proactiveness in committing to global progress and fairness. 

The proposition to internationalize vibranium holds promise for unlocking new economic opportunities, driving technological innovation and contributing greatly to helping people in need.

It has been proven that vibranium has properties, such as its lightweight and miraculous ability to store large amounts of energy, that are used in medical care in Wakanda, being the gateway for technologies that save patients that otherwise would’ve passed away. Without selective access to these technologies, the whole world would benefit immensely. Another way communities could benefit from the metal is by incorporating it into infrastructure: this would enhance the safety and durability of buildings, bridges and roads, greatly reducing the risk of catastrophic damage and saving lives. Take the Chaplain Towers in the town of Surfside, Florida. The towers collapsed due to inadequate construction and bad materials, killing nearly 100 people in this tragic accident. The event occurred recently, in the year 2021. Imagine all the minor and major incidents that could be avoided through the use of vibranium: a minuscule amount of it could save hundreds, even thousands of lives. The transformative impact vibranium could have on struggling economies is unthinkable, taking millions out of poverty and despair, and saving even more lives, and yet Wakanda refuses to release its hold on the material.

It could be said that there is a possibility that the resource might find itself in the wrong hands; the thought of powerful entities monopolizing vibranium for their own malicious purposes sends shivers down one's spine. Thus, it could be said that vibranium has no need to be fully available for public attainment, and is only trusted by governments, such as in the US. If internationalized, regulations will have to be implemented by the international community, delimiting its uses and access. I firmly stand by the US’s government being granted possession, as the nation has been known for thousands of years for being a pioneer in technological developments: the US was the first to reach the moon, and its government is responsible for NASA, which is attributed to various scientific achievements. While not so publicly known, NASA has improved life on Earth in a multitude of ways: understanding bone loss, developing vaccines, improving eye surgery, collecting data that helps predict the weather, monitoring natural disasters like hurricanes and wildfires, and studying long-term climate trends. The wider reach that NASA could have with the use of vibranium is unimaginable, and the future might be closer than we expect.

Furthermore, I firmly advocate for providing unwavering support to the United States in utilizing military action whenever deemed necessary. Wakanda has proven itself to be a consistently untrustworthy nation, harboring criminals wanted by the US government, such as the Winter Soldier, having their princess and leading officials kidnap American Riri Williams due to her singular invention, the vibranium detector, and continuously lying to the international community about the possession of vibranium. Such actions have raised doubts about the nation's trustworthiness as the steward of such a powerful resource. If any further aggression takes place by the nation of Wakanda, I support any military actions the US might take. Global and national security must be prioritized in this situation, and Wakanda should not be allowed to unfairly use its resources for offensive purposes. 

As the discussion surrounding the internationalization of vibranium commences, it is important to consider all the aspects of the action. The prospect of economic and technological growth is enticing but can only be achieved if Wakanda takes a larger part in international relations to oversee the trade, preventing vibranium from being attained by malicious individuals.

Catastrophes have been currently happening around the Syrian area, many innocent people have been dying due to a lingering civil war that has been going on since 2011. It all began because of a revolution created by the citizens of the district that portrayed the complexities of dealing with a “corrupted and authoritarian government”, which led to huge activist protests around the Syrian Domain claiming and condemning the current president “Bashar al-Assad” actions. The Government responded to those actions using military forces, deliberately wanting to cease these protests, yet this situation evolved and ended up separating countries into “Pro-Assad” and “Anti-Assad” blocs, consequently also dividing many controversial opinions and alliances around the globe for both of the blocs; China and Russia have stayed at the Pro-Assad side, while, most European Countries, USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and others, have declared themselves as allies of the Anti- Assad bloc. Amongst these divisions, many public declarations happened in various places around the Syrian territory, which led to more attacks coming from the government, with the intention of ending these oppositions. Nowadays, identifying the consequences made by these previous actions is undemanding, since it furtherly led to widespread suffering, including civilian casualties, mass displacement, and the use of chemical weapons. In defiance of the numerous attempts of a peaceful negotiation coming not only from the UN but from various other countries almost made no difference since, Syria still remains in a devastating situation, due to the fact that there is no obvious way to achieve peace and given that there are multiple parties involved, each with divergent goals.

According to Tishreen, the war in Syria is a fight against foreign meddling and terrorism, both of which are trying to undermine our country. The Syrian government's persistent dedication to restoring peace and sovereignty to our dear nation is highlighted in our publication. We congratulate the administration for its efforts to back initiatives for national healing and provide aid to those affected by the violence. Tishreen remains faithful to the Syrian government and does not intend to take any action against it. Our great support for the president’s actions to actually stabilise the Syrian condition, and put an end to the violence has not changed 

Tishreen argues that a holistic approach that tackles the conflicts that underlie roots is necessary to bring about a long-lasting resolution to the Syrian war. To promote unity amongst all facets of Syrian society as a whole this entails giving national conversation and reconciliation initiatives top priority. Tishreen also supports more international cooperation and support, especially when it comes to helping those struggling and enabling the safe return of displaced people to their homes. In addition, we stress that any efforts to resolve the conflict must respect Syria's sovereignty and geographical integrity. According to Tishreen, the Syrian people can create a rich and peaceful future for themselves and their nation by emphasising inclusive discourse, humanitarian aid, and respect for sovereignty.

New information has been brought to light in the Security Council by spies! If the information is considered valid, detrimental consequences for the US will ensue. Cyber attacks and military action have been made by the US, and the state of global peace has been threatened by various nations.
The Security Council has gone into session to discuss the situation of the South China Sea; for thousands of years, the region has been disputed by international powers due to its profitability because of oil reserves, and its being a pathway for various connections and trade trails between countries. The nation of China has expressed that they believe that they have a right to the sea, and they have expressed this by placing troops in the area various times. Additionally, a new piece of information has come to light: a previously undiscovered piece of the South China Sea, that contains plentiful resources, such as oil reserves, has been coveted by various nations. The main countries that have involved themselves are China, Benin, Taiwan, Thailand and the US! All are aiming to take a piece of the resources present, and have threatened military action if their will is not accepted. Another aspect of this info includes a cyber-attack on Chinese naval technology, rendering the nation unable to communicate when at sea.

The information has been revealed by Russian spies who were put on the task. But one can only wonder about the validity of the statements made, since Russia is a firm ally of China, and will bend any truths given to oppose the US. The breach of privacy has raised concern in the international community, and the validity of the claims put forward is being investigated.

The US has already sent troops to the unknown region, breaking their previous promise of demilitarization. The nation considers itself the “most suitable to administer the extraction of oil”, and it could be said that the US is only militarizing the region to ensure its national security. Various nations, some allied and some long-term enemies found themselves seeking the ownership of the oil reserves, and since the US has the most military prowess from all of the nations currently present in the committee, it can be trusted with handling the situation.

The situation that has unraveled in the Security Council has brought valid concerns to the international community. Will the tide of war strike the US and China? Or will the countries be able to settle their differences and solve the dispute peacefully?

Tension has been high in the South China Sea after the death of 3 Philippian fishermen. The world powers are now against each other, with China playing the role of the underdog against the US and its allies. The UN conference has not even been in action for a whole day and already there are whispers of another cold war.
In many parts of the South China Sea, where geopolitical currents run deep and territorial claims are intertwined, long-standing conflicts continue to fester, putting people at risk across regional borders. At the heart of the problem is a complex web of historical grievances, economic interests, and strategic interests, and there are no easy solutions.
 
The conflict particularly affects China and several Southeast Asian countries and focuses on contested territories over islands, coral reefs, and marine life. China's wide-ranging claims contradict those of Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei, which claim control over various parts of the region.
 
Tensions have risen in recent years as China asserts its influence through island-building activities, offshore deployments of maritime forces, and aggressive maritime activities. The action sparked a diplomatic outcry, boosted the military's image, and worried neighbouring countries and international observers.
 
 
The South China Sea is not only a strategic waterway but also an important artery of global trade, accounting for the majority of the world's maritime trade. The region is rich in natural resources, including fish stocks and potential oil and gas reserves, further promoting competition.
 
Attempts to resolve the conflict through multilateral dialogue are difficult as countries remain entrenched in their respective positions. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has attempted to create a unified defence force, but this has been hampered by internal divisions and varying degrees of dependence on China.

The United States, a major player in the region, wants to apply an "Axis to Asia" strategy of strengthening military alliances and conducting freedom of navigation operations in the South China Sea to counter China's growing influence. This worsened the situation, exacerbating mistrust and creating rivalry between the great powers.
Despite international pressure to uphold the principles of international law, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), progress toward a peaceful solution remains difficult. China's refusal to recognize an international tribunal's ruling invalidating China's claims under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea highlights the difficulty of enforcing legal standards in disputed waters.
Between geopolitical acumen and diplomatic courage, the stakes are high.
